Community Supported Agriculture

Each week residents receive a multi-farm fresh box filled with locally and sustainably grown produce. Our CSA boxes serve as an alternative system in supporting our community and farmers.

Our Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) Program was launched in 2020 after our Community Produce Stand Program was paused due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

The CSA Program is an alternative approach for Bay Area community members. The program offers a process that supports multiple BIPOC farms by subscribing to a produce box filled with local and sustainably grown fruits and vegetables. We partnered with local small businesses to host box pick-up locations. We currently partner with Mudlab, Oak Harvest Kitchen, and Ashland Market and Cafe.

Our CSA Program offers a sliding scale payment to help alleviate the cost of a produce box for those who are in need of fresh goods. The program also offers a discount for CalFresh customers made possible through our Fresh Creds Program.
