Ready to strengthen your business and take the next step?

If you’ve already started selling your products, have experience vending, and are ready to become more intentional about growing your business, Mandela Partners’ Business Coaching program may be a good next step for you.

This orientation is the first step! 🫱🏽‍🫲🏾 Join us in person to learn how the program works, what to expect from one-on-one coaching, and how coaching can connect you to opportunities to test and grow your business. You’ll meet members of our coaching team and get a better sense of what committing to business coaching looks like. 

Is This For Me?

This orientation and program could be a good fit if you:

• Have already tested your products with customers and received feedback.

• Have experience vending, selling, catering, or participating in pop-ups or markets.

• Want support setting clear goals and turning them into actionable next steps. 

• Ready to strengthen your the operational and financial side of your business!

• Open to feedback, learning, and trying new approaches. 

• Are ready to consistently commit time to coaching and take action on your business goals between sessions. 

• Believe in community over competition and want to grow alongside people who share knowledge, resources, and opportunities.

You don’t have to have everything figured out. That’s what coaching is for! Coaching is a space to identify what your business needs, build stronger systems, and work toward your goals with support in getting there!🕺🏽💫

What Will We Cover?

During the orientation, we’ll give you an inside look at what it’s like to participate in Mandela Partners’ Business Coaching, including:

• How business coaching works and what your coach can support you with

• What we ask from entrepreneurs participating in coaching

• How to identify business priorities and turn them into actionable goals

• The structure and timeline of the coaching program

• Business planning, operational, financial, and marketing tools available through coaching

• How coaching may connect you to seed funding and sales or vending opportunities

• What happens after orientation if you decide you’re ready to participate

You’ll also have an opportunity to meet members of our coaching team, ask questions, and decide whether coaching is the right next step for you and your business.

What Does the Commitment Look Like?

Business coaching is offered at no cost, but it does require your time, consistency, communication, and active participation.

Coaching begins with getting to know you and your business, identifying your priorities, and developing clear goals. From there, you’ll work with your coach on a consistent schedule — typically every other week — while taking action on your business goals between sessions. 

The initial coaching period can last up to six months, giving you time to build stronger systems, work through challenges, and make meaningful progress toward your goals.
