Hella Easy Tips & Tricks: Not How to Prep & Store?
Not Sure What to Do? We Gotchu!
Step 1
A little storage know-how goes a long way. Here’s how to help your produce last as long as possible!
Step 2
Here’s a lil breakdown of how to store this box:
Red Potatoes in a cool, dark, dry place
Peppers + apples in a fridge drawer
Eggplant on the counter or in a sealed container in your fridge
Delicata Squash can hang out on the counter
Step 3
Store unwashed collards in a sealed bag or container in the fridge. If the leaves are damp, wrap them in a clean towel first to absorb excess moisture.
Fresh Tip: If your greens start to wilt, don't toss them just yet! A soak in water may help revive them. If you can't use them in time, you can also blanch and freeze them for later.

Step 4
Store lemons in a bag in the fridge to help them stay fresh for up to 3–4 weeks. Got extras? Freeze the juice, zest, slices, or even whole lemons to use later.
Fresh Tip: Wash your produce when you're ready to use it. For citrus, zest the peel before juicing to make the most of every part!
